CNI created a customized computer program, for us to help automate and manage our work processes when we were a startup company. Over the years as we became larger it was modified over and over and CNI staff were very helpful in not just recommending the changes, but also making sure they were implemented on a timely basis. As our requirements changed, we bought into a new web based program - SmartSimple. Rakesh has helped us to customize this application to meet our ever growing needs. This includes a triple billing requirement that we thought could never be accomplished. I would vouch for the IT services that have been provided to us by CNI to anyone who wishes to use them.
